The 0r~nanee was deolared p~ssed and An 0rdinaneo _iev¥ing assessments for the improvement of !~on~oe Street from the south line of Eleventh Avenue to north line of Thirteenth Avenue passed its second re~dlng by title under suspension of t. he rifle, and this being the time fo~ hearing _objections to the passage of said assessment, objections were called fo~ and none heard.
