R. ~anto~ be permitted <br />to build a wood shed and lm¥ floo~ in ~n old shed a~ 3~ East Eleventh Avenue. <br />On motion the ~ecommendation was adopted, <br /> <br /> The Street Co~ittee requested and on motion was granted further time <br />for consideration of the bid for the paving of Mill Street. <br /> <br /> On motion the 0ity Attorney was instructed to de~end the 0ity's inter- <br />ess in thein~unotion suit relmtingto the issuance of Armory Bonds. <br /> <br /> A lette~ to the 0ity Attorney from the Postal Telegraph Co. relating to <br />the securing of f~ane~se in the 0ity was read, and a representmtive of the <br />Postal Telegraph Co. presented the views of the Company on this matter, ~nd <br />the subJeo~ was referred to the Oity Attorney. <br /> <br /> M~.'S. D. Allen appeared before the Council stating that he ha~been <br />~notified to construct a sidewalk along his property and that he desired to <br /> <br />state to the 0ounoil that he would waive all formality in the Droceedings, such <br />as notice and notice to contractors in the lotting of bids,and desired the 0ity <br />to proceed at once to construct the sidewalk, and th~,t he'would make no <br />objection to the lien against P~s property for the cost thereo~. <br /> <br /> On motion the 0ounoil adjourned. <br /> <br /> 0ity Recorder. <br /> <br /> <br />
