Councilmen voti~ aye ~,~cEurphey, Bog~e, Bell and Goodpast~e, n~y <br /> <br /> The Ordinance was declared <br /> <br />Beytien; absent Johnson, Hempy and Devereaux. <br />passed and nu~bered #1612. <br /> <br /> At this time Councilman Johnson appeared in Council. <br /> <br /> ~h~ 0rdinanee adoptir~ and app~'oving plans and specifications of tl~e City <br />Erg~ineer for the im~rove~uent of Sixth Avenue West from the West line of Olive <br />Street to the East line of Blair Boulevard was read and passed its second reading <br />by title ~nd was laid over. <br /> <br /> ~rs. Idaho C~mpbell requested that the City make some division of the <br />paving assessment against her property at Ninth aud Olive Streets to enable her <br />to pay her proportion, stating that she has always been ready to pay but has not <br />been able to get a proper segregation. The matter was referred to the City <br />Att orney. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance for the construction of m storm sewer on Agate Street was <br /> <br />read ~nd passed its second and third re~di~s by title under suspension of the <br />rule and was placed upon its final pass~ge. Uouncilmen voting ~ye 6, n~y none; <br />absent 2. T~ie 0rdiBanee was declared passed and numbered #1613. <br /> <br /> AB 0rdinanee adopting the plans and specifications for the construction <br /> <br />of a storm sewer to be laid con~encing aS the north line of 17th Avenue where the <br />same intersects Agmte Street and running thence along, the center of Agate Street <br />to the Nillrace was read grid passed its second ~nd third readings by title under <br />suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting <br />~ye 6, n~y none, absent 2.. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered #161g. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of m sewer in Fairmouut <br /> <br />which was construeted under the terms of Ordinance No.1333 was re~d the first <br /> <br />time and laid over. <br /> <br /> The bill of ~P, J. Norrison for right-of-way for storm sewer in the sum <br /> <br />sum of $150.00 was presented and a motion was made that the same be paid from <br /> <br />the Trunk Sewer Fund. ~,~otion was seconded and the ayes and nays were called. <br /> <br /> <br />
