Idaho C~mpbell requested that the City make some division of the paving assessment against her property at Ninth aud Olive Streets to enable her to pay her proportion, stating that she has always been ready to pay but has not been able to get a proper segregation. The matter was referred to the City Att orney. An Ordinance for the construction of m storm sewer on Agate Street was read ~nd passed its second and third re~di~s by title under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final pass~ge. An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of m sewer in Fairmouut which was construeted under the terms of Ordinance No.1333 was re~d the first time and laid over. The bill of ~P, J. Norrison for right-of-way for storm sewer in the sum sum of $150.00 was presented and a motion was made that the same be paid from the Trunk Sewer Fund. ~,~otion was seconded and the ayes and nays were called.
