The bid and remonstrance were referred to the Street 0onmuittee <br /> <br />for consideration and report. <br /> <br /> The following bills were presented: <br /> <br />General I,\u~d J. 0. Hunt <br /> <br />witness fees in case of Wallace vs Cha, istensen ~.00 and J. 4. Abbott and <br />Frank Sanden Special police and expenses $~28.20, Road & Street B~nd <br /> <br />E. J. l.~ller, Stevens sidewalk $113.80. Councilman Devereauxmoved that the <br />samebe allowed and warrants ~awn in p~en~ therefor. Motion was seconded <br />and the ~yes and nays were c~lled. Councilmen voting aye Johnson, ~c~{urphey, <br /> <br />Bogue, Bell, Devereaux, Beytien and Goodpasture, naM none. <br /> <br />The motion was declared carried and so ordered. <br /> <br /> 0ity Attorney Skipworth stated the situation of the proposed agreement <br />between the City and the P. E. & E. Railway regarding the widening of Ei~hSh <br />Avenue We~t and repair of tracks, and the Council decided to take the matter up <br />in committee for consideration. <br /> <br /> <br />
