An Ordinance l~evying ~ssessments for the improvement of Ninth Avenue East from the East line of High Street to the Railroad tracks of the Oregon & California Railroad Company was read the second time and objections called for, and objections in writing were presented by M. T. Awbrey, also oral objections by Earl McNutt and Mrs.. Irene Bangs. No obher objections were offered.
