A Resolution directing the City Treasurer to segregate moneys on hand heretofore received from payments of assessments under'the Bancroft Bonding Act and place the interest paid in in an interest fund and the principal in a.prin- cipal fund, and also all interest collected from delinquent assessments t.o be placed in said interest fund was read, and a. motion was made, seconded and carried to adopt same.
