Present Councilmen Johnson, Parks, ~{c~urphey, Bell, Devereaux, Beytien and Goodpasture. The resignation of G. 5'. Skipworth as City Attorney was read and ~ motion was made, seconded and carried to accept same. Report of City Attor~ey G. F. Skipworth in the disbursing of funds in the ~{anerud & Quinn case was read and referred to the Finance Committee. Quitclaim deed from Idaho F. Cmnpbell to the E. 66 ft. of Lot 6 and E. 66 ft. of Lot 7, Block ~, Purkerson & Quimby's Add. was on motion accepted, and the Recorder instructed to record the smne with the County Clerk. Eotion was made, seconded and carried that the Recorder be instructed to furnish to the sureties on all bonds of contractors for street or sewer improve- merits the following statement at~ such time as final payment shall be made to contractor under his contract: "Notice to Sureties of final P~.~ent to Contractor.
