The <br />~es and nays were called; Councilmen voti~ ~ye Johnson, l.{el¢u~phey~ Bell and <br />Goodpasture~ nay P~r~s, Bogue ~nd Beytien. ~e Resolution was declared adopted <br /> <br /> ~ Ordinance levying assessments against the property of W. P. Cheshire <br />for his proportionate share of the p~vi~¢ of South Willamette Street <br />E~even~h Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue was read the second time, and W. P. <br />Cheshire objected to the passage of the Ordinance, claiming that the City <br />should re-p~y or re-place the curbing which was to~n out ~t the time of l~yi~ <br />of the p~vement.
