The ayes and nays were c~lled; Councilmen voting aye Johnson, <br />},(c~urpheY., Bogue, Bell, Beytien ~nd Goodpasture, nay none, absent Devereaux. <br />The motion w~s ~lecla~;ed carried and so ordereq. <br /> <br />Bids for the p ~.urchase of $~,250 Series "~{" Improyement Bonds were opened <br /> <br />and considered. Cour~cilman Bell moved that the Council finds and determines that <br /> <br />the bid of the A\~ene Loan & Savings Bank, which bid is as follows, towit: <br /> <br />Eugene, Oregon, J~n'y 18, lg!5 <br /> <br />City Recorder, A\tgene, Oregon. <br /> <br /> He offer you par and accrued interest for $~,250. City of Eugene Improvement <br />Bonds Series ~{, dated Feb. l, 1915 with interest at 6~ payable semi-a~u~ually at <br /> <br />the Oregon State Fiscal Agency, /few York city sa. id bonds to become due Feb. l, lg25 <br />and to be in denominations of $250. each. ' <br /> <br /> We to furnish printed bonds ready for sig~atures snd to pay for all legal <br /> <br />snd attorney's fees.
