Councilmen voting aye 7, n~y none, absent <br /> <br />Koppe. ~e Ordinance was 4eclared passed and n~bered #180~. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance further defining the powers and duties of the Inspector <br />of Buildings of the ~ity of kMgene was read and passed its second and third <br />~eadings by title unde~ suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final <br />passage. Councilmen voting aye 7, n~y none, absent Koppe.
