Councilmen voting aye 8, nay none. The 0rdi- <br />nance was declared passed and nmabered #1838. <br /> <br /> SIDE~VALK: An Ordinance providing for the construction of a cement <br />sidewalk a~utting the p~opertY described in Section One.of this Ordinance, said <br />property being in the City of ~gene was read and passed its second and third <br />readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent and was <br />placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye 8, nay none. The 0rdi- <br />nanee was declared passed and numbered #1839. <br /> <br /> An 0rdin~nce to amend Ordinance No. V25 by adding Seetion~-was read <br /> <br />and passed its second reading by title under suspension of the ~ule and was <br /> <br />laid over on objections of Oounci~aan K~ppe. <br /> <br /> The Recorder reported tl~a~ on February 1st a warran~ had been issued <br /> <br />to Mr. J. G. Moeller on the Park bkudd for the sea of $32.2k at the reques$ of the <br />Park Board for twenty days' work in the park in January at :~50.00 per month, and <br />Councilman Polders moved that the council ratify and confirm the issuance of <br /> .? <br />said warrant, and that Mr. J. G. Moeller be placed upon the regular pay roll at <br /> <br /> <br />
