Z(otion was deel~ed carried ~nd so ordered. <br /> <br /> A~l reports of the Oity Recorder ~nd Oity Treasurer for the year end- <br />i~ l,(areh 31, 1916, were p~esented and filed, ~n.d referred to the Pinanee <br />Committee to cheek. <br /> <br /> Bids requested by the Street Committee on 13,556 fee~ of l~ber were <br />opened a% this time and a motion was m~de, seco~ed and carried that the contract <br />for said l~ber be awarded to Carl E. Piseher L;~ber Co. at a px. iee of $206.25 <br />delivered at ~ity yard. <br /> <br /> Resigns%ion of W. B. M~ey as J~nitor to take effect April 30, 1916, <br />and resl~ation of H. E. Olark ~s assistant in S%reet Department to t~e <br />effect April 30, 1916, were read ~d upon motion seconded and carried said <br />~eslg~a~ions were accepted. <br /> <br /> Mayor Bell a~o~eed tt~e followi~ appointments: Jo~ Gardner as <br />Ja~tor of ~ity Hall at ~ salary of ~0.00 per monSh ~nd H. b. T~aver ms <br />assist~n~ in Street Department in place of H. E. Olark at a salary of ~0.00 <br />per month, ~nd J. G.
