Present Councilmen Parks, Polders, Peterson, Nosher, Goodpasture <br />and Quimby; absent.Koppe and Devereaux. <br /> <br /> Nlnutes of April 10th and 2gth were read and approved. <br /> <br /> Report of the Building r-nspector for the month of April was read and <br /> <br />filed. <br /> <br /> Com~unieation from the Eugene Water Board relative to arrangements for <br />quarters in the City lIall Building was read and taken under consideration by <br />the Council. <br /> <br /> Semi-annual report of the Water Board was presented and referred <br /> <br />to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> Recommendation of the ~i~e & Water Co~aittee for the purchase of 300 <br />feet of fl~e hose from A. G. Long'& Co., 300 feet from Sher~ill & ~unnell, <br />and gOO feet from Grlffin-Babb Hdw. Co. was read and on motion adopted, and <br />the Recorder instructed to o~der the hose as recommended by the Committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
