N. was read and upon motion accepted. <br /> <br /> At this time Councilmen Koppe and Devereaux appeared in Council. <br /> <br /> An 0rdinanee levying assessment for the improvement of the alley between <br />Charnelton and Lincoln Streets from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue West was <br />read the second time ~nd objections called for and objections to the levying of <br />said ~ssessments were offered by Mrs. Russell in the matter of as.~essment against <br />Bridget Coffe¥ and also by N. S. B. Hayeoek.
