The ayes and nays were called;' Councilmen voting aye 6, <br />nay none, absent Peterson and Devereaux. Motion was declared carried,,and so. <br />ordered. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance changing the names of certain Streets and Avenues in the <br />City Outlook Addition to the City of Eugene was read and passed its second <br />and ttlird readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent <br /> <br />and was Placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye 6, nay none, <br /> <br />absent Peterson and Devereaux. The Ordinance, was declared passed and <br />numbered #1866. <br /> <br /> ,0n motion seconded and carried the matter of worki~ over the interior <br />of the Recorder's Office was referred to'the Building Com~.ittee with power <br />to act. <br /> <br /> Mr. Beytien complained that the contractor had left excess dirt along <br />the sewer between 3rd and Wth Avenues from Mill Street East in the alley, which <br />matter was left in the hands of the Sewer Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion the Council adjourned. <br /> <br />Cit~Reeorder. <br /> <br /> <br />
