Motion was declared carried and so ordered. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for the improvement of Ferry Street from <br />the north side of Eighth Avenue East north to a line parallel with and thirty <br /> <br />feet distant from the center line of the main track of the Oregon & Californim <br />Railroad in the City of Eugene was read the second time, and objections <br />called for and none heard, and the Ordinance was read the third time and <br /> <br />placed upon its passage. Councilmen voting aye 5, nay none, absent Polders, <br />Nosher m%d Spangler.
