You and each of you are hereby notified that I have and do hereby call ~ special mee$1ng of the Common Council of the Ci%y of ~gene to be held on the 30" day of November, 1917 at seven-thirty o'clock in the evening at the office ofthe City Recorder in the City Hall in the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the Purpose of considering, acting upon, ~nd passing an ordinance fixing the annual tax levy of the City of D~gene for the ensuing fiscal year. Present Councilmen Polders, Koppe, Spencer, Nosher, Goodpast~n'e and Spangler; absent Parks and Devereaux. An 0rdin~nce fixing the annual tmx levy for the City of Eugene was read and passed its second and third readings by title uuder suspension of the rule upon unanimous consent of the members present, and was placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye 6, n~y none, absent Parks and Devereaux. The Ordinance was declared passed and numbered #1917. On motion the Council adjourned. City Recorder.
