Motion was declared carried and so <br />ordered. <br /> <br /> Councilman Parks stated that Chris Smith, the blacksmith, wanted <br />permission to re-roof his blacksmith shop on Park Street between Oak and <br /> <br />Willamette Streets. The matter was referred to the Fire & Water Conuuittee <br /> <br />with power to act. <br /> <br /> Motion was made, seconded and carried that'the Council adjourn to <br />meet April 22, 1918, at 7:30 o'clock P.
