N. on the 7th~day of J~u~e, 1915, to be <br />held at the office of the City Recorder in the City of Eugene, Lane County, <br />Oregon, for the following purposes, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The consideration of an ordinance providing that the sidewalk on <br />each side of Ferry Street from Eighth Avenue East north to the Southern <br />Pacific Railway Company tracks shall be set on the property line, leaving a <br />roadway 26 feet wide between the face of the curbs. <br /> <br /> Also for the purpose of the consideration of letting a contract to <br />the Warren Construction Company for the repair of the pavements laid by s~id <br />Warren Construction Company and other pave~.~ents. <br /> <br /> Also the consideration of ~a proposed contract for the purchase of <br /> <br />lumb e r. <br /> <br /> Also the consideration of a proposed sale of one of the street <br />sweepers. <br /> <br /> Also the consideration of the application of Parks-Soults L~mber <br />Company for the erection of scales in one of the streets of the City of <br />Eugene. <br /> <br /> D~ted, Eugene, Oregon, this 7th day of June, 1915. <br /> <br /> W. Present Councilmen Parks, <br />Polders, Peterson, Devereaux, ~,.~osher, Goodpasture ~and Quimby. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance providing for the location of a sidewalk on each side <br />of Ferry Street from Eighth Avenue East north to the railroad tracks of the <br />Southern Pacific Co. and fixing the width of the roadway on eaid Ferry <br />Street be{ween said points was read and passed its second and third readings <br />by title under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final passage. <br />Councilmen voting aye 7, nay none.
