"TO TIlE N~BERS OF THE C0~.8(0N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGF/{E: A special meeting of the'Com~on Council of the City of Eugene is hereby called for 3:30 o'clock P. N. on the 7th~day of J~u~e, 1915, to be held at the office of the City Recorder in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, for the following purposes, to-wit: The consideration of an ordinance providing that the sidewalk on each side of Ferry Street from Eighth Avenue East north to the Southern Pacific Railway Company tracks shall be set on the property line, leaving a roadway 26 feet wide between the face of the curbs. Also for the purpose of the consideration of letting a contract to the Warren Construction Company for the repair of the pavements laid by s~id Warren Construction Company and other pave~.~ents. Also the consideration of ~a proposed contract for the purchase of lumb e r. Also the consideration of a proposed sale of one of the street sweepers. Also the consideration of the application of Parks-Soults L~mber Company for the erection of scales in one of the streets of the City of Eugene. D~ted, Eugene, Oregon, this 7th day of June, 1915. W. Present Councilmen Parks, Polders, Peterson, Devereaux, ~,.~osher, Goodpasture ~and Quimby. An Ordinance providing for the location of a sidewalk on each side of Ferry Street from Eighth Avenue East north to the railroad tracks of the Southern Pacific Co. and fixing the width of the roadway on eaid Ferry Street be{ween said points was read and passed its second and third readings by title under suspension of the rule and was placed upon its final passage. Councilmen voting aye 7, nay none. The Ordinance was declared passed and m~bered #lTW1. ~
