A. l{ar~ a.d~essed the Council on behalf <br />of I~'s. E. l~. G~le opposi~ the improvement of the street, ~nd a motion was <br />~de, seconded a~l carried that the consideration of bids and remonstrances be <br />referred to the Street Committee for consideratLon and report on July 29th at <br />7:30 o'clock P. N. , at which time the Council will meet to consider the same. <br /> <br /> Bids for the p~ohase of $15,000.00 Pavi~ Intersection Bonds were <br />opened and ~ead, ~nd referred to the Finance Co~%ittee for consideration to <br />report to the Council ~t its next meeting on July 29th at 7:~0 o'clock P. N. <br /> <br />The ~.~yor appointed I~{lss Bertha Dot,is as Police I~atron, and a motion <br />was m~de and seconded that the ~ppointment be co~irmed and that she be placed <br />on the reg~la~ ~y ~oll commencing A~a~st 1st a% a salary of ~35.00 pe~ <br />month. The ~yes and n~ys were called; Counei~en voti~ ~ye P~ks, Polders, <br />Koppe, ~.{oshe~ Good, stye and Quimby, ~ none, absent Peterson and <br />Deverea~.
