Ch~irm~n P~rks of the Sewer Con~ttee moved that the Council finds ~nd determines that the bid of G~tes, Shirey & G~es is the lowest ~nd best bid for the construction of s~id sewer, and that the contract be ~w~rded to them in accordance with~ their bid, ~nd ~he l~yor ~nd Recorder instructed to sig~ the s~me, ~nd that the bid cheek of W.
