Oircul% Court of Appeals, San Francisco, <br />0alii., for balance of fees due for issuing mandate in the case of Grelle vs. <br />City of E~gene in the sum of $5.70 was presented, and a motion was made and <br />seconded that a warrant be dmav~n on the General ~%~nd in favor of the Recorder <br />for $5.75 to cover the bill and exchange.
