~YHEREAS, more than twenty (20) days have elapsed since the adoption <br />of said 0rdinanee and no appeal having been taken as provided by law <br /> <br /> THER~'0RE, be it resolved by the Conu~on Council of the City of Eugene <br />that the City Recorder of the ,City of Eugene be, ~nd he is hereby directed to <br />enter in the docket of 0ity bi,ens the respective sums of benefits over damages <br />so assessed upon each particular lot or parcel of land and the names of the <br />owners' or other parties in interest in said la~ds or othe~ property benefited <br />and assessed in like manner as assessments for street improvements are entered <br />in said DOcket and as specified in said Ordinance No. 1668. <br />~otion was made, seconded and carried to adopt the Resolution. <br /> <br /> The City Attorney was instructed to collect rent due the City from <br />l~cDowell Transfer Co. for use of City barn. <br /> <br /> Petition to re-establish the lines of Agate Street was presented by <br />T. H. Garrett, ~nd referred to the Street Conunittee to check up and report. <br /> <br /> ~otion was msxle, seconded ~nd carried that the Council adjourn to <br />~eet at 7:30 o'clock P.
