School Board for the $25,000 as soon as the agreement is filed. The ayes and <br />nays were called; Councilmen voting aye Parks, Polders, Koppe,. Peterson, <br /> <br />Devereat~, Mosher, Goodpast~zre and Quimby, nay none. I,.~otion was declared <br /> <br />carried and so ordered. <br /> <br /> Request of the Library Board that the City pay for the cost of the <br />street light in front of the Library Building was referred to the Finance <br />Co~.~ittee for investigation. <br /> <br /> !~otion was ~.~de, seconded and carried that the Council adjourn to <br />meet at 7:30 o'e!oek P. Lookard and Chas. ~.~itohell for the position of Janitor <br /> <br />for the city Hall were referred t.o the Minanee Committee. <br /> <br /> The Ordinance levying assessments for the improvement of Sixth Avenue <br />West from Olive Street to Blair Boulevard coming on for consideration at <br />this time objections to the passage of said Ordinance were called for and <br />none heard;whereupon the report of the Street Committee recommending that <br />the proposed assessme_nt Ordinance for the asses.~ment of Sixth Avenue paving <br />is valid and binding as against all protest and objections made against it, <br />and reeom~,ending that the protest and objections be overruled and the Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />
