Be it further resolved that the said Ordinance be amended by reciting therein <br /> <br />that the notices had~been given as provided by lt~w and that the Common Council has <br />considered the protests and over ruled the same except in so far as the assessments <br /> <br />are redueted as h~rein specified. <br /> <br /> And be it f~trtt~er resolved that the said Ordinance with the proposed amen(~nents <br />be placed on its final passage.
