RESOLUTION WHEI~EA8 on the 20th dow of M~rch, 1921, there was tn~roduc~ed in the Common Council of the Oity of k~geno an Ordinance entitled: "~ OBD~N~OE levying Assessments for the lmprovemen~ of Hi~ Street from ~'lfth Avenue ~st or the Southern Pacific Rallw~ track North to Fourth Avenue ~s~ i~ the Oity of ~gene" which improvements h~d been made pursuant to ordi~nces n~be~ 2370, 2~ ~d ~22 all passed by ~he Common Council of ~he gity o~ E~gene, Oregon ~nd appre red b~ the N~or of said Oity which s~id Ordinance so lntroduo~ed ~ s~id ~lme,wowi~, ~m~oh 28,1921, was re~d the first time m~ said time and placed and laid ove~ for ~o$1oes robe given to the property ex, ers as provided by l~w and V~{EREAS notices of said proposed assess~ent was duly made and given to each and !ll of the owners of the property liable for said assessment r~tatlng that the Common ouncil of said City would meet at the office of the City Recorder in the City H~ll o~fgem, Oregon on the llth day of Apx. il, 1~21 at 7:30 ~n the evening, for the purpose proposed ordinance levying said a~,~sessment for the costs hearing objections to said of said lmprovemen~ as aforesaid, and; '~EREAS on .sala llth day of April, 19'21 at 7:30 6clock in the. evening of said lay at the office of the City Recorder in the City Hall in said Oity the Common ~ouneil met for the purpose ~f hearin~obJections to said proposed assess~qent ~nd con- ~idering the same, and WHEREA~/ F.
