A petition was also presented asking that 18th Avenue be paved from Unlver- sity to Agate Streets. Said matter was referred to the Road and Street Committee. A petltio~ was also presented to have a.sewe~ installed from the manhole nea~ 21st Avenue in the alley between Onyx and Mnerald Streets West along 21st Aveme to the alley between University and Onyx Streets; thence North in said alley to 20th Avenue, also South to 22nd Avenue, also from the first described course north on Onyx to 20th.
