W. Hobbs <br />three dlslnter ~sted free holders were appointed as viewers to view such proposed <br /> <br />street and m~ke an assessment of damages and benefits aS provlded by Section 4, <br />of Chapter 9, of the Charter of the City of ~gene, all of w~lch acts have been <br />done, and ~he report of said viewers was filed with the City Recorder on June <br /> <br />9 t h, 1924. <br /> AND WHE~E~, on July 14th, 1924 the Common Council passed Ordinance No. <br /> <br />4288 adopting the report of such viewers on the opening of such street. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Recorder did mall by ~egtstered mall, a notice of <br />said proj~osed ~sessment of each of the parties assessed as to benefits over <br /> <br /> damages and did als~ mail te each of said parties affected a no,lee of damages <br /> as assessed and informing' each of Said partle~ his right of appeal to the Cir- <br /> cuit/Court within twenty days from the date of the adopting of the report of <br /> sBch viewers.
