The' ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye. Nay none. The 0rdinanoe was declared passed. An aerial permit wa~ gr.anted to ?,Mo Hat}May to construct a wireless at . V1 10th Ave. W. and also' to ~re, d Terrill to c'o~struct a wireless at 831 llth Ave. W. A Communication was read From the U.S. Natio'qal Bank stating city im- provement warrants would be discriminated against unless the city adopted a policy to pay interest semi-annually on such warrants, on motion, it carried that interest be p~l~[ semi-annuallY thereon and the City Attorney was in- st~ueted to bring in a resolution or ordinance, as the case requires, govern_~ lng such matter. On reco~endatlen of the Road and street Co.,~,r~lttee the Mayor and City Recorder were instrumented to draw a warrant in the amount of $1000.00 to pay Clara B. Spencer the ~nOunt awarded her as damages in the opening and exte~n sion ef 4th Av~n~e from Blair Blvd. to the east line of Croner's Addition. On recommendation of the Road and Street Co::mmlttee ~he Ms,vet and City Recorder were instructed ~o draw a warrant in the amount of $450.00 to pay Palmer and Anna RumfoRd thc amount~ ~warded them a,~ damages in the opening of and extension of lyth Ave. West.
