Spencer the ~nOunt awarded her as damages in the opening and exte~n <br />sion ef 4th Av~n~e from Blair Blvd. to the east line of Croner's Addition. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the Road and Street Co::mmlttee ~he Ms,vet and City <br />Recorder were instructed ~o draw a warrant in the amount of $450.00 to pay <br />Palmer and Anna RumfoRd thc amount~ ~warded them a,~ damages in the opening of <br />and extension of lyth Ave. West.
