<br /> l~th' ~t~ of 'April, 1925, the annex~ propos~ charter ~en~iment, entitled,
<br />Act to ~end bhe Charter Of the City off,gene,, Oregon, by raiding, a new chapter
<br />thereto authorizing and empowering the Co~on Council of the City to issue and
<br />sell negotiable bonds of the City to the ~ount of Twenty thousand' ($20,000.00)
<br />Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of paving street
<br />'intersections of said city, ~d to repeal the Act ~ntitled,
<br />
