<br />Lamb, absent. Meeting called to order by the Mayor.

<br />Park and Terminal Bonds, bids were opened for such sale and the same referred to
<br />the ~lnance Co,mnlttee for report; such co,mnittee report~i and offered the follow-

<br /> Be It ~urthe~' Resolved, that the bonds be sold to the Lumbermans Trust
<br /> Oompar~ and Plerce,~alrand Co., of Portl~d' Oregon, at Par and ao,~ru~ interest,
<br /> plus-a premium,of.five dollars per thous~d, at private sale, pursuam~ to the re-
<br /> oo~emdatiom of the ~ln~ee Co~tttee. 0n mo~ion said resolution was um~lmously

<br /> A petition was received to open Monroe Street from its present northerly
<br /> terminus north e dist~oe of 57 feet more or less to connect with Clark St. Said
<br /> matter was referred to the Street Co~ittee.

<br /> A petition was received to pave 2~rd Avenue from its intersection '~lth
<br /> Spring Avenue and Short'Street to Alder Street. Said matter was referred to the

<br /> Rooming house permits were granted to C.H. Wain to cpnduot a rooming hous?
<br />at 70 east 9th Ave. and also to Mrs Hattie Hasler to conduct a rooming house at
<br />the Lowell HOtel On West 10th Ave. 0n motion such applications were granted.
