<br />incinerator in'the City and wants the City to assist him in choosing a pro0er
<br />location. Said matter was referred to th~ ?ealth Committee and the City ~glneer.

<br />County to deepen the Amazon thru the Fair ~rounds and asks the City to grant him

<br />Said matter was hel,i peri, lng the voting of sewer bends on July 6th., [926.

<br /> It was reported Mrs. Clara HeldeMan'asks the City to pay Mcr da~nages
<br />caused to her property on South 7airmo~mt Bou~evari when such Boulevard was paved,
<br />she claiming dirt was pil~ on and ~iJacent to her property end thereby depreciating
<br />its vaD~e. The City ~glneer was ,ilv~eted to run the lines 'and report if dirt was
<br />piac~d on her lot at the time of s~eh improvement work.

<br />!VanBuren Street from 7th, Avenue to llth. Avenue ia acc~rd~,nce with two petitions
