The question of ohanglng the Traffic Ordinance to have "stop streets" <br />at certain points was :llscusse~, but no aetlon taken. It was also tecided traffic <br />lines shoul'l be'painted on streets where needed before the Elks Convention convenes <br />here. <br /> <br /> ~.vo proposed Ordinances changing the "parking without l!~hts" section of <br />the present Traffic Ordinance were read the second time an,! discussed. On nwation <br />such proposed Ordinances were laid on the table. <br /> <br /> Protests were called for the ProPosed assessment for Paving 13th.
