Tbs City Engineer, was <br />on motion, directed to prepare plans for that purpose, and the Street Commiss- <br />ioner directed to pave the sa:ne with Blae~ Top. <br /> <br /> On motion, it was ordered that Alm~ten Street be opendd between 6th. <br />Avenue and 8th. Avenue. <br /> <br /> On m~otion the Street Comnissioner was ordered to remove the fence from <br />P~ 1~( Street, recently oPened <br /> <br /> The City Engineer reported he has :m~u the lines on the Helde~na~ lot on <br />J~alrmount Boulevard and that none of the ~t'lrt alle~.~d to ha~e been put on her lot <br />in the improvement of I~airmo~mt Boulevard is on her property. <br /> <br /> Th~!~ayor reported Feter Je~son residing on Polk Street between 1st. and <br />~.nd. Avenues%.laims the City piled ~lrt on his property/ in street improvement <br />!The City En~'inee's was asked to look into the matter. <br /> <br /> The !~ayo'r ~tated Lane Co~mty has b~iLt th~ r,)sd t~ the City Aviation <br />~le[l at its ow~ ex.~ense and su~gested it would be the propertthing for the City <br />to re--lmburse the Co~mty to the amount of :$200.00 for such work.
