On m~otion the Street Comnissioner was ordered to remove the fence from P~ 1~( Street, recently oPened The City Engineer reported he has :m~u the lines on the Helde~na~ lot on J~alrmount Boulevard and that none of the ~t'lrt alle~.~d to ha~e been put on her lot in the improvement of I~airmo~mt Boulevard is on her property. Th~!~ayor reported Feter Je~son residing on Polk Street between 1st. and ~.nd. Avenues%.laims the City piled ~lrt on his property/ in street improvement !The City En~'inee's was asked to look into the matter. The !~ayo'r ~tated Lane Co~mty has b~iLt th~ r,)sd t~ the City Aviation ~le[l at its ow~ ex.~ense and su~gested it would be the propertthing for the City to re--lmburse the Co~mty to the amount of :$200.00 for such work.
