In the-absence o~ the Mayor, President of the Council Sin~mons, presided. Attorney E ~ Bryson pua~ented a tentative ordinance granting to .the Central Heating Co. a franohsle to lay, maintain and operate pipes and conduits for the conducting of steam hen5 within certain.portions ,of the city, which was re~ the first time and laid over.. The f, ollowing resolution wa.~ th. en.presented..and on roll call unanimously adopted~ R E S 0 L'U T I 0 N.
