<br />at the last meeting of the Council. 0.g. Jones spoke by direction of the School
<br />Board of District /~4, la favor, of a restricted dlstriet around the U of 0, and
<br />the Parent Teachers coUncil ~d the Federatlon of Wom~n's Clubs also Pre~ented
<br />written' reque~sts that such ordinance be Passed. HersHa/ T~lor Presented an ~end-
<br />meat to such. proposed o~lmance, which was re~ and ~ended, and the City Attorney
<br />also prese~xted ~ ~endment which was re~l and both ofsueh proposed ~endments
