<br />lng the f,~llowlng desc~tbed pro, perry, to.-wit: The sum of $42.42 for paving the
<br />intersection of said street, a~d whereas said assessment was made a~alnst the abut%
<br />lng lot ~d was not spre~ over the qmarter block, and whereas there lsa f~d In
<br />the Treasurer's control known ~ the intersection fund, ~or the payment of pav~g
<br />intersections, and whereas the council deems it equitable at this t~e that said

<br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for the construction of a sewer on the ea.~t
<br />side of ?airmount Blvd. from Orchard St. to the south line of Lot 6, Block ~, was
<br />read the first time and laid over.

<br /> .An Ordinance levying assess~en~sfor paving Almaden St. from the south margin
<br />of llth Avenue to 12th Avenue, was read the first time and laid over.

<br /> An Ordinance levying assessments for paving Jefferson Street from 13th to 19th
<br />Aves.,. having been read the first time on October 1Lth, 1926, and registered notice
<br />given and no protests received, It passed its second and third readings by title by
<br />unanimous consent under suspension of the rule and was placed on its final passage.
<br />The-ayes and nays were called, all present voting aye. Nay none. The Ordinance was
<br />declared passed and numbered 5621. .
