There were present Mayor A.L. Williamson and all members <br />of the Council. Such motion <br />unan~ously earwig. <br /> <br /> The ~e~lgnatlon ~f A. 1.Wllllam~oa as C~uncllm~ elect from the 2nd Ward <br />and his statement of hispurpese not to qualify, which were Filed January 3rd, <br />1927, were re~ ~nd, on motion, une~lmously accepted. <br /> <br /> Councilman Lamb nominated A.A. Reid as Councilman from the 2nd Ward in <br />lieu of A.L.Wi'11iamson resigned. Slad nomination was duly seconded and 'he was <br />unanimously elected. Mr. Reid immediately took the oath of office and paRtici- <br />pated in the balance of the meeting. <br /> <br />On motion Carl G Washburne was unanimously elected President of the Council. <br /> <br /> The Council ~mantmously re-elected W.E. King apPeared as Attorney for J.L. Blssell, who owne the North half of <br /> Lot 4, .Block 15, Gross Addition on which there are about $500.00 of city liens and t <br /> asked a settlement of the same at $300.00 for full payment.
