The Board of Viewers filed its report on the proposed opening of 18th <br />Avenue from Willamette Street to the 'Nest line of Drlverton Addition and an <br />Ordinance adopting the re;j. ort of She viewers was read the 1st time and lind <br />OVer. <br /> <br /> The ~gene ~ospital presented a petition to the cgmcil with a bid to do <br />the laboratory work for the city under the new milk ordinance. The same was <br />referred to the I{ealth Committee. <br /> <br /> Couneikman Washburne spoke on the method of other cltys In Including street <br />~provements with Bulldl~g improvements In maki::g the total of city improvement <br />reports and asked the Inspector of Buildings ~e tsked to de this In the future <br />Such reoo~endation was unanimously ~lepted. <br /> <br /> The Mayor appointed, the members of the Judiciary Co~ittee ~ a committee <br />t.~ meet the doctors Co~ittee to t~lk over the question ef giving the doctors <br />parking privXkeges net 6n Joyed by others. <br /> <br /> .
