<br />by Charnelton, Lincoln, 8th and 9th Aves. as to the conduct of the vans operated
<br />by the Will~ette Valley Tr~sfer Co. and asking ~ Ordinance be adopted govern-
<br />ing such trucks. Said matter was referred to the Judicl~y Co~lttee.

<br /> A petition was received from Winnifred Klykendall asking for a special per-
<br />mit for erecting a grage on her property on Falrmount Blvd. The ?ire and Water
<br />Committee recommended such petition be granted, and, on motion, such report was
<br />unanimously adopted .

<br /> A letter was received from ~.0. ~Immel as to Lots 7,8 and 9, Block 32, and
<br />Lot 27, Block 3/+, Fairmount, statin~ a client of his is trying te perfect tit~e
<br />to said property.and offered the city ~450.00 to satisfy its lien thereon. Said
<br />matter was referred to the Finance Committee and to the City Attorney.

<br /> The Recorder reported he has received a communication from Mt. King of the
<br />S.P. Py. Co. as to the ad Justm~t of the assessment a~alnst the tract of ground
<br />adjacent to the Railway track as.~esse~ under the Villard Street improVement which
<br />matter was protested by the railway at the time of the call for protests. Said
<br />matter was referred t~ the City Attorney to take up ~lth the Company for ~Just-
<br />meht.

<br />This matter coming on to be heard upon the petition of F.L. Chambers, and Edith
<br />K Chambers, his wife, heretofore flied with 'the Common CounCil and the Recorder of

<br /> And it appearing that a hearing was called, based upon said petition, to be
<br />held at the City Hall in Council Chambers on December 14,1925, at 7;30 o~clock P.M.
<br />at which time all objections would be heard, and said petition p~sed upon,
