Lee and all members of the co~- <br />eiif ~xeept Simmon~ and Rugh, who were absent. Meeting called ,to order by the <br />Mayor. <br /> <br /> A petition was received from residents thereon asking that 20%h Avenue <br />between Willamette and OliVe Streets be oiled, the petitioners to pay for the <br />same and the work to be done under the direction of the City. · On motion, such <br />petition was granted, 'the petitions to deposit the money for such work with <br />the city before work commences. <br /> <br /> A petition was received to grade and gravel the alley between Harris <br />and Kincaid Streets from 21st to 22nd Avenues. Such matter was referred to <br />the Street 'COmmittee. <br /> <br /> C.E.~uthrie, thru his attorney L.L. Ray, filed a petition to have a <br />lien'oanoelled for street improvements on Lotl7, Block 25, 1st Addition to <br />City Outlook for the reason'that no redemption wa~ made by the city from <br />the ~ount~ of such property Ina tax foreclosure and the same went to tax <br />deed and the property'sold to the petitioner.
