Periodically monitor and analyze the population and <br />dwelling unit projections to provide a reliable basis for land use <br />deci sions' and to assure sufficient residential land to- maintain <br />a balance between supply and demand. <br />40 Phase annexations to maintain an adequate inventory of buildable <br />r es i dent i al land. <br />5. Establish specific density ranges within zoning ordinances that <br />are consistent with the broad density 'categories of thi Plan . <br />Translation to an equivalent of persons per- corresponding t,o <br />the density categories in this Plan may be substituted for dwelling <br />units per-acre by local governments.
