A dwelling unit that is located on the same parcel as a primary <br />one - family dwelling that is clearly subordinate to the primary one - family dwelling, <br />whether a part of the same structure as the primary one- family dwelling or a detached <br />dwelling unit on the same lot. <br />Dwelling, one- Family. A dwelling that may have a common wall, roof or <br />foundation with another one - family dwelling on a separate lot or may share a <br />common wall, roof, or foundation with a secondary dwelling on the same lot. <br />Dwelling, Row House. A dwelling that shares 1 or more walls with 1 or more <br />dwellings and which is located on a row house lot. <br />Dwelling, Tri -flex. A building designed and used as dwellings for 3 families living <br />independently of each other and having separate housekeeping facilities for each <br />family. <br />Easement of Record. A valid easement that is recorded and on file at the Lane <br />County Recorder's office. <br />Electronic Message Center. A sign, or portion of a sign, that conveys information <br />through a periodic automatic change of message on a lampbank, through the use of <br />fiber optics, or through mechanical means.
