or removing pollutants already in the water. <br />(C) Improving the natural character by encouraging and allowing natural vegetation <br />to grow in natural patterns according to soil and water conditions. <br />(D) Removing litter, refuse and unnatural fill. <br />(E) Improving the capacity of the area to contain, detain or filter stormwater runoff. <br />Equipment, Heavy.
