A minimum of 150 permanent bicycle parking spaces are required to <br />be provided to accommodate employees of the Autzen Stadium <br />complex, athletes using the complex, and visitors to the complex. <br />Twenty-five percent (25 %) of those spaces shall be sheltered from <br />precipitation. The permanent bicycle parking spaces shall be <br />provided in a well - lighted, secure location within a convenient <br />distance of a primary employee entrance to either Autzen Stadium, <br />the Casanova Center, or the Moshofsky Center. A secure location is <br />defined as one in which the bicycle parking is clearly visible from <br />employee work areas, or in which the bicycle parking is provided <br />within a lockable room, a lockable bicycle enclosure, or a bicycle <br />locker. Bicycle parking provided in outdoor locations shall not be <br />farther than the closest employee auto parking space (except disabled <br />Parking)- <br />2. Secured temporary bicycle parking that will accommodate a <br />minimum of 550 temporary bicycle parking spaces is required for <br />Ordinance - 210 <br />
