each major event occurring within Autzen Stadium to accommodate <br />major stadium event patrons. Temporary bicycle parking shall be <br />provided in temporary attended areas as described in the approved <br />Autzen Stadium transportation demand management plan. <br />(b) If the above referenced intergovernmental agreement is not in effect, the <br />Autzen Stadium Complex shall be required to provide 1 bicycle space per <br />each 16 seats, with 20% of the spaces provided being long term parking <br />spaces and 80% being short term parking spaces. <br />9,6110 Adjustments to Bicycle Parking Standards. Adjustments may be made to the <br />standards of EC 9.6100 through 9.6105 if consistent with the criteria in EC 9.803 0(9) <br />Bicycle Parking Standards Adjustment of this land use code. <br />Landscape Standards <br />9.6200 Purpose of Landscape Standards. Landscape standards are designed to: <br />(1) Improve the appearance and visual character of the community. <br />(2) Promote compatibility between all land uses by reducing the visual, noise, and <br />lighting impacts of development on adjacent properties. <br />(3) Unify development, and enhance and define public and private spaces on a site. <br />(4) Reduce the visual impact of glare, headlights, and parking lot lights from the <br />public right -of -way and from adjoining properties. <br />(5) Reduce the area of impervious surfaces. <br />(6) Reduce the level of carbon dioxide in areas of heavy vehicle use and return pure <br />oxygen to the atmosphere. <br />(7) Encourage safe and efficient on -site circulation. <br />(8) Encourage the retention and use of existing vegetation. <br />(9) Provide shade as a means of mitigating heat and exposure in parking lots and <br />other paved areas. <br />(10) Encourage efficient water use and conservation. <br />9.6205 Landscape Standards. The landscape standards reflected in Table 9.6205 and EC <br />9.6207 - 9.6255 establish minimum landscape requirements that apply to any <br />development, except: <br />(1) Building alterations. <br />(2) Site improvements not listed in Table 9.6205. <br />(3) Change of use. <br />Ordinance - 211 <br />
