9.5445 Site Review A roval Criteria - Multi le Family Needed Housin , or <br />EC 9.8520 Subdivision Tentative Plan A rvval Criteria - Needed Housin , <br />adjustments to these standards may be made, subject to compliance with the <br />criteria for adjustment in EC 9.8030(13) Tree Preservation and Removal <br />Standards Adjustment. <br />Application Procedures <br />General <br />9.7000 Introduction Review of an application to ann ex property, divide land, develop or <br />use property, or amend this land use code, the Metro Plan, or a refinement plan, shall <br />be processed as provided in sections 9.7000 through 9.7885. <br />9.7005 Pre - application Conference. Apre - application conference shall be required for <br />applications specifically listed below: <br />(1) Conditional Use Permit. <br />(2) Historic Property Alteration. <br />_ (3) Historic Property Demolition. <br />(4) Planned Unit Development, Tentative Plan. <br />(5) Willamette Greenway Permits. <br />A pre - application conference may also be requested by a private individual due to <br />factors such as the need for multiple land use applications, the scale of the <br />development proposal, or the complexity of the project. All required or requested <br />pre- application conferences shall be submitted on a form approved by the city <br />manager and be accompanied by a fee established pursuant to EC Chapter 2. <br />9.7010 Application Filing. Applications shall be submitted on a form approved by the city <br />manager, be accompanied by a fee established pursuant to EC Chapter 2, and be <br />signed by the property owner, unless the applicant is a public agency, in which case <br />the signature of the property owner is not required. Application materials shall <br />address each of the criteria and standards applicable to the proposed use including any <br />requested adjustments to standards as provided in provisions beginning at EC 9.8015. <br />9.7015 Application Completeness Review. The city shall review an application and, within <br />30 days of its receipt, notify the applicant as to whether the application is complete. If <br />the city determines that the application contains sufficient information for review, the <br />city shall advise the applicant in writing that the application is deemed complete and <br />begin the application review process. If the city determines that the application is <br />incomplete, the city shall advise the applicant in writing of the necessary missing <br />information.
