Within 60 days of the city's <br />determination that an application is complete, unless the applicant agrees to a longer <br />time period, the planning commission shall conduct a public hearing to consider the <br />application. <br />9.7415 Public Hearine Notice. <br />(1) In the case of a refinement plan amendment, at least 45 days prior to the <br />planning commission public hearing the city shall mail written notice to the <br />State Department of Land Conservation and Development that includes the text <br />of the proposed amendment, any proposed change to the zoning map to be <br />considered concurrently with a refinement plan amendment (unless notice is not <br />required by state lave), and the date of the planning commission hearing. <br />(Z) At least 30 days before the planning commission public hearing, the city shall <br />mail written notice of the hearing and the nature of the request to all of the <br />following: <br />(a) Applicant. <br />(b) Owners and occupants of property that is the subject of a proposed <br />application. <br />(c) Owners and occupants of property located within 300 feet of the perimeter <br />of the subject property. <br />(d) The neighborhood group and community organizations officially <br />recognized by the city council that includes the area of the subject <br />Ordinance -- 301 <br />
