A <br />copy of any staff report shall be mailed to the person requesting initiation of the <br />amendment and, if the request is for a refinement plan amendment, the neighborhood <br />group that includes the area of the refinement plan, at the same time that it is provided <br />to the planning commission. <br />9.7520 Public HearinLy Notice. <br />(1) At least 45 days prior to the planning commission public hearing, the city shall <br />mail written notice to the State Department of Land Conservation and <br />Development that includes the text of the proposed amendment, any proposed <br />change to the zoning map to be considered concurrently with a code amendment <br />(unless notice is not required by state law), and the date of the planning <br />commission hearing. <br />(2) At least 30 days before the planning commission public hearing, the city shall <br />mail written notice of the hearing and the nature of the request to all of the <br />following: <br />(a) Lane County and City of Springfield planning directors. <br />(b) All neighborhood groups officially recognized by the city council. <br />(c) Community organizations that have submitted written requests for <br />notification. <br />(3) At least 10 days prior to the planning commission public hearing, the city shall <br />publish notice of the public hearing in a local newspaper of general circulation <br />within the city. <br />Ordinance -- 305 <br />
