Properties annexed to the city shall be automatically changed <br />from county zoning to the equivalent city zone, as shown in Table 9.7810 Equivalent <br />Zones and Overlay Zones, unless one or more of the following apply. <br />(1) The property is in a Lane County zone other than those in Table 9.7810 <br />Equivalent Zones and Overlay Zones. <br />(2) The applicant requests a zone other than the equivalent city zone in Table <br />9.7810 Equivalent Zones and Overlay Zones. <br />(3) The equivalent city zone in Table 9.7810 Equivalent Zones and Overlay Zones <br />is not consistent with the Metro Plan or applicable refinement plans. <br />Properties annexed to the city according to the procedures in EC 9.7805(1) <br />Procedures to Annex Properties shall be automatically rezoned as of the effective date <br />of the annexation from Lane County UL urbanizable land zones and zoning overlays <br />to equivalent Eugene zones and overlay zones as shown in Table 9.7810 Equivalent <br />Zones and Overlay Zones.
